Common Charcuterie Board Questions

How do you make a charcuterie board for Thanksgiving?
Any charcuterie board, regardless of the holiday, revolves around the same elements: salty, sweet, savory, and spicy. Just theme these elements to the holiday or event you’re bringing it to, and you’ll have the perfect board. Remember to have fun with it!

Can I prepare my charcuterie board ahead of time?
Yes, you can! After you prepare the board, just wrap it in plastic wrap and store it in the fridge. Take it out 30-40 minutes before you’re ready to serve it! I would just leave the crackers until the last minute, as they will get stale and possibly soggy in the fridge.
